What you will do:
- Lead and manage the social work team within the fostering service, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the assessment, approval, and support of foster carers, ensuring the highest standards are met.

- Monitor team performance, implementing improvements where necessary to enhance service delivery.

Requirements you must bring to the role:
- A degree or equivalent in social work with current Social Work England registration.
- Up-to-date managerial experience, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Substantial frontline experience in Children's Services focusing on fostering is essential.
