What you will do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop support plans to meet the needs of individuals and families in the community.
  • Carry out reviews and adhere to processes that ensure the safeguarding of vulnerable groups.
  • Coordinate and execute section 42 enquiries, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and safeguarding policies.
  • Collaborate with team members during regular office days at the Ann Marie Howes Center and maintain engagement through virtual platforms otherwise.
  • Perform home visits and manage drop-in clinics, providing direct support to service users.
