Advanced Practitioner within Safeguarding Team in Romford UK. Earn £41.10 per hour on an hourly basis with an ongoing contract. What you will do:
- Directly manage and supervise a small number of qualified and non-social work staff.
- Handle a caseload of complex and challenging cases with confidence and expertise.
- Support the team manager in maintaining and developing high professional standards within the team.
- Apply your specialist knowledge of social work practice with children and families across the service.
- Represent the service in key strategic initiatives and service provision developments.
- Cultivate your skills, expertise, and knowledge across various practice issues while providing consultation, coaching, and mentoring within the team.
- Foster team development and participate in recruitment processes to enhance team efficacy.
Requirements of the Advanced Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Extensive frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
