Purpose of the Role:
Lead and support our talented team, manage impactful caseloads, and ensure our services meet the highest standards. This is more than just social work; it’s about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

What you will do:

  • Provide daily operational leadership and supervision within the Children with Disabilities Team.

  • Guide social workers with expertise, support, and supervision to ensure a high standard of care.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safeguard vulnerable children effectively.

  • Oversee assessments, care planning, and reviews to deliver family-centred interventions.

  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to enhance outcomes for children and families.

  • Participate in and contribute to team and multi-agency meetings and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience at ATM level within a Children with Disabilities Team.

  • Competency in LCS and EHM systems is beneficial.

  • Professional Social Work Qualification with Social Work England registration.

  • Proven track record in leading a team and experience with complex case management.
