Senior Social Worker or Senior Practitioner in Adult Safeguarding based in Greenwich, earning £36 per hour.

This exciting opportunity is ongoing, and the role requires a full-time commitment of 5 days a week. The position involves both office-based work for 2 days and a hybrid model for 3 days. As a Senior Social Worker in Adult Safeguarding, you will play a crucial part in responding to safeguarding concerns and managing complex cases.

What you will do:

- Respond to safeguarding concerns promptly and efficiently within a 24-48 hour timeframe.
- Undertake and manage safeguarding triage and section 42 enquiries, including complex case work.
- Conduct home visits to collaborate with adults, families, carers, and communities.
- Aid in developing and implementing protection plans that meet the service users' needs.
- Provide casework supervision and guidance to other team members, acting as a mentor.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practice and policy within adult safeguarding.
- Serve as an expert within your specialist field, ensuring best practices and excellent service delivery.
