What You Will Do:

  • Contract Management: Oversee and administer TPC 2008 Term Service Contracts, ensuring efficient execution and compliance.

  • Cost Control: Manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure maximum value for money across projects.

  • Valuations: Prepare accurate valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.

  • Procurement: Lead procurement processes and negotiate terms with subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Risk & Change Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks while managing contract variations and pricing adjustments.

  • Reporting: Produce detailed financial forecasts, cost reports, and project summaries for senior stakeholders.

  • Compliance: Maintain high standards of accuracy and ensure all works adhere to legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
