What you will do:
Carry out initial assessments for families and children referred to the Duty and Assessment Team.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of children and families.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
Provide guidance and support to junior social workers within the team.
Maintain accurate and detailed case records in accordance with statutory requirements.
Participate in multi-agency meetings and contribute to child protection investigations and conferences.
