What You Will Do:

Manage and coordinate comprehensive care packages for a personal caseload within the secondary mental health service.
Conduct initial assessments of new referrals to ensure effective, individualised care.
Act as shift coordinator, supporting the team and maintaining service continuity during senior absences.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering professional growth and team collaboration.
Proactively resolve operational challenges to maintain service efficiency and high-quality care delivery.
