What you will do:

- Conduct and oversee complex assessments and care planning under the Care Act 2014, ensuring personalised and outcome-focused support.
- Lead safeguarding adults enquiries, perform risk assessments, and develop protection plans in line with statutory guidance.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and supervision to social workers and support staff within the team, fostering a culture of high-quality practice.
- Model and champion high-quality, evidence-informed practices, supporting ongoing professional development within the service.
- Work collaboratively with partners in health, housing, and community sectors to deliver coordinated and effective care.
- Prepare and present professional reports for the Court of Protection, safeguarding meetings, and other legal proceedings.
- Engage in service improvement, quality assurance, and policy development initiatives within the locality team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and professional standards at all times.
