What You Will Do:

• Plan and monitor tasks to ensure successful delivery of business objectives within your team.

• Supervise and appraise staff to maintain high standards and continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with Safeguarding Adults and all relevant policies and legislation.

• Promote a strengths-based model of self-directed support that empowers service users and carers.

• Manage staff performance within agreed frameworks and budgetary constraints.

• Collaborate with Team Managers and Consultant Social Workers to identify priorities and maintain high practice standards.

• Work in partnership across disciplines to integrate health and care solutions in Hackney.

• Contribute to the development of Quality Assurance Frameworks, liaising with stakeholders to streamline service delivery.
