What you will do:

• Chair and manage Looked After Children (LAC) reviews, ensuring that each child's care plan is robust and in their best interest.
• Monitor the implementation of care plans and ensure statutory review requirements are met.
• Provide consultation and guidance to social workers and other professionals involved in the child’s life.
• Advocate for the voice of the child in all reviews, ensuring they are heard and their welfare is prioritised.
• Liaise effectively with children, families, and a variety of professionals to ensure cohesive collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all reviews and related decisions.
