We are seeking a Senior Carer for a 3-month contract. You must be able to drive and bring your own car for this role. What You Will Do

• Provide top-quality care and support to residents, ensuring all their needs are met with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of care assistants to maintain high standards of care.
• Assist with residents’ personal care activities such as hygiene, dressing, and feeding.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to manage care plans and assessments.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to provide a seamless care experience.
• Record and manage documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Must be available to undertake a 3-month contract in Guernsey.
• Must be able to drive and be prepared to take your own car.
• Must provide an up-to-date CV.
• Must provide a DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
• Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Pay Information

Pay Rate - £23 per hour Umbrella/LTD. This role falls outside IR35. Travel costs will be reimbursed. Travel to Guernsey from the UK is accessible via Condor Ferries. Accommodation costs vary between £110 and £160 per week, depending on the amenities offered.
