Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator to join a dynamic team in the City of London on an initial one-month contract, with potential for extension.
Offering up to £20.00 per hour, depending on experience, this full-time position provides an excellent opportunity to use your administrative and recruitment expertise in a fast-paced environment.
You will complete an initial one-week training period at a Central London office, before moving to remote working. The role will focus on supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, managing candidate lifecycle administration and ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You Will Do
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new employees.
- Provide senior-level administrative support to the wider team.
- Manage candidate lifecycle administration, maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and associated documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and compliance information in line with relevant data protection requirements.
- Liaise effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and collaboration.
- Support wider recruitment administration activities and contribute to the efficient running of the team.
- Work independently when required, particularly during the remote-working element of the role.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience managing recruitment lifecycle administration and onboarding processes.
- Strong administrative background with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using digital systems to manage administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proactive approach, with strong initiative and attention to detail.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience within healthcare recruitment or a corporate office environment.
- Previous experience working with Ramsay Health Care would be advantageous, although not essential.
