What You Will Do:

Deliver high-quality orthopaedic and spinal scrub support in a modern operating theatre.
Work collaboratively within a specialist clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Prepare, organise, and manage surgical instruments and equipment efficiently.
Uphold best practice in infection prevention, health and safety, and clinical governance.
Participate actively in team meetings and continuous professional development.
Mentor junior colleagues to foster a positive, skilled, and cohesive workforce.

Who We’re Looking For:

Registered with the NMC or HCPC.
Proven experience as a scrub nurse within orthopaedics, including hip and knee arthroplasty procedures.
Essential experience in spinal scrub work.
Adaptable, proactive, and confident when working independently or within a team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
