What You Will Do:

• Deliver high-quality, individualised, patient-focused haemodialysis care.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members, fostering a cohesive and supportive environment.

• Perform safe and effective haemodialysis treatments as prescribed.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to optimise patient outcomes.

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, colleagues, and healthcare providers.

• Adhere to company policies and guidelines, contributing to the ongoing review and development of best practices.

• Continue to enhance your knowledge and clinical skills through regular training and self-development.
