We are thrilled to offer an exciting temporary opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator in Coventry, UK, earning £23 per hour on an umbrella hourly basis. This is a full-time role with a 3-month contract, offering the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of service users. You will work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. We are looking for an experienced and versatile individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission.

What you will do:

- Identify and establish contact with rough sleepers and beggars by engaging through street outreach shifts at various hours and locations.
- Act as the main care coordinator for assigned service user groups, offering screening, asset mapping, comprehensive assessments, recovery planning using motivational interviewing techniques, and care reviews.
- Coordinate a custom package of care which includes recognised psychosocial interventions, one-to-one key work, POD and group work, clinical interventions, and harm minimisation.
- Perform comprehensive service user assessments, including mapping of community resources, and develop personalised recovery plans geared towards substance use management and community reintegration.
- Support the growth of service-based recovery communities.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage risk effectively.
- Facilitate triage assessments and make onward referrals to diverse treatment and community support agencies.
