As a full-time role, you will authorise payments and provide necessary tenant support to commence tenancies.

What you will do:
- Operate a property finding service by generating leads from numerous sources such as known landlords, websites, publications, and cold calling.
- Provide information and assistance to landlords, ensuring all property-related administration is managed smoothly with accurate record-keeping.
- Advise landlords on responsibilities, property standards, health, and safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections on properties to write reports, identify disrepair issues, and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with Housing Advisors and other colleagues to evaluate prospective tenants’ suitability.
- Offer prospective tenants comprehensive details on available properties and innovate "matching" services tailored to their needs.
- Ensure timely inspection, advertisement, and leasing of available properties in line with agreed procedures.
- Accompanied viewings with tenants, providing expert advice on various aspects of letting.
- Assist tenants with Universal Credit or Housing Benefits applications and rent payment setups.
- Coordinate with Empty Property Officers and related services to maximise grants and opportunities for landlords.
- Participate actively in promoting the Private Renting Scheme at forums, events, and meetings, contributing to promotional materials.
- Utilise IT systems for updating records, ensuring customer and management information is accurate.
- Engage in appraisals, personal development plans, and service reviews for continuous service improvement.

Requirements:
Candidates should be knowledgeable about housing advice legislation, homelessness, housing management, and housing allocation. A solid understanding of property standards, health and safety, and local regulations is essential. Experience in negotiation, sales, meeting performance targets, and managing complaints and enquiries is required.
