• Provide oversight and management of casework for children and young people under permanent care plans.

• Ensure that placements are stable and meet the needs of each child with minimal disruptions.

• Support and guide children and young people on their journey, helping them understand their experiences and begin their healing process.

• Coordinate with various professionals and partners to create a consistent, supportive network around the child and their carers.
