Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency and non-emergency out-of-hospital care.

• Provide safe and effective medical retrieval and patient transport.

• Operate across Gibraltar and its territorial waters, with training provided for cross-border transfers where required.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and deliver advanced pre-hospital interventions.

• Act as clinical lead when paired with less experienced colleagues.

• Serve as primary attendant for paramedic-specific interventions.

• Work collaboratively with other emergency services to enhance community safety.

• Provide mentorship and professional supervision to support staff development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a qualified Paramedic.

• Current HCPC registration (essential).

• Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential).
