Job Details:
- Pay: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
- Duration: Permanent

Job Role: The Operations Manager will oversee the full spectrum of production operations. This includes implementing new management reporting systems, managing and upgrading quality systems, leading production planning, and supervising stock management and warehouse functions. You will also work alongside HR to manage disciplinary processes, maintain customer relationships, and report key performance metrics to the board.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience of working to ISO 9001 standards
- Past record of championing improvements
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
- Chemical manufacturing experience
- Management training courses
- NEBOSH training
- COSHH training
- Sage Supply Chain Management experience
