Role Purpose
To provide high-quality social work services to children and families, ensuring safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. The Social Worker will assess, plan, and deliver interventions, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to provide holistic support.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments, develop plans, and provide interventions for children and families

Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver wraparound services

Liaise with schools, health professionals, and external agencies to coordinate support

Manage and prioritise a caseload, ensuring statutory duties are met

Build safety networks and deliver interventions in line with the Signs of Safety practice framework
Applicant Requirements

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in children and families’ services

Knowledge of statutory frameworks and safeguarding legislation

Strong assessment, intervention, and risk management skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
