Carry out comprehensive and complex assessments for the provision of equipment and major adaptations for children and adults.
Assess moving and handling needs to support independent living within the home and community.
Work closely with carers, ensuring they are equipped with appropriate tools and support.
Deliver both minor and major adaptations that are practical and tailored to service‑user needs.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to streamline services and maximise client satisfaction.
