What you will do:

- Commit to the protection and safeguarding of adults with care and support needs, valuing and respecting their views and requirements.
- Contribute to the development of the team and service, ensuring users receive effective and anti-discriminatory services, aligning with agreed performance standards.
- Participate in individual and group supervision and training to enhance team and departmental performance standards, while developing your professional skills and knowledge.
- Ensure all written records are accurate and maintained in compliance with Data Protection requirements and departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager in crafting a Business Plan within a strategic framework for presentation to the Service Managers.

Applicants must be registered with the HCPC and hold a valid driver’s licence, as this role requires traveling within the community.
