What you will do:
- Assess and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including falls, frailty, neurological conditions, and postural management issues.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Work autonomously in the community to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community services to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Must hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist is essential, with a preference for NHS experience.
- HCPC registration is required.
- Experience in community settings, particularly in community rehab, is essential.
- Competence in working with neurological conditions.
- Ability to work independently and reliably, covering Hull and the East Riding area.
- Capacity to travel as part of the role.
