What you will do:

- Perform a variety of diagnostic tests and analyse the results to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure precision and accuracy in testing
- Work collaboratively with fellow laboratory staff to contribute to a high-standard microbiology service
- Adhere to safety and quality standards as well as infection control protocols
- Document and report findings in a clear and comprehensive manner
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures
- Engage in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Must be HCPC registered to practice as a Biomedical Scientist
- A valid driving license is essential, as you may need to travel between locations
