Locum Band 6/7 Senior MSK Physiotherapist within MSK, Haringey - Up to £35 per hour (based on experience and references) Hourly. Ongoing. Full Time – Part time will be considered.

What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of MSK conditions.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for individuals with persistent MSK pain.
- Identify red flags and ensure appropriate escalation when necessary.
- Engage with patients through strong communication skills, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout their treatment process.
- Manage an independent caseload with the autonomy to make clinical decisions.
- Contribute to the team by sharing insights from your experience, particularly in managing complex cases.
Requirements:
Essential requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Capability to independently assess and manage a range of MSK conditions.
- Proven experience managing persistent MSK pain cases.
- Competence in identifying red flags and escalating as needed.
- Strong communication and patient engagement abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage an independent caseload effectively.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting individuals in their return-to-work journey.
- Training in behaviour change or motivational interviewing to enhance patient outcomes.
