What you will do:
- Collaborate within a multi-professional neuro rehab team, working closely with services like acute rehabilitation units and community rehab teams.
- Manage a diverse caseload of clients, providing oversight for rehabilitation assistants within community or ward settings.
- Conduct thorough assessments and treatments for clients with complex presentations, formulating profession-specific and multidisciplinary rehabilitation plans.
- Develop and implement comprehensive intervention programmes for clients needing intensive rehabilitation in various settings.
- Organise and manage the team’s caseload in the team leader's absence, participate in MDT meetings, schedule work, and offer specialist advice.
- Execute specialist rehabilitation procedures and lend support to junior staff, rehabilitation assistants, and students.
- Stay updated in the field through CPD and active participation in professional special interest groups.
- Play an active role in routine team developments.

Requirements for this role include a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy, recent UK and NHS experience, and HCPC registration.
