What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to frail and elderly patients, tailored to individual needs to promote independence.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Possess a degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
- Demonstrated UK experience in an Occupational Therapist role, specifically within the NHS.
- Valid registration with the HCPC.
- Previous experience working in acute frailty or elderly care settings.
