What you will do:
- Assess, plan, and implement nutritional plans for patients with complex needs in a clinical setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide specialist advice and education to patients, their families, and healthcare staff.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary plans as necessary, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continued development of the nutritional support service.

Requirements:
- HCPC registration required.
- NHS experience is preferred but not essential.
- At least 1 year of experience working at Band 6 level.
- Proficiency in using EMIS software.
- A valid driving licence and access to a car are essential for travel between sites.
