What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients within the community, identifying their mental health needs.

- Deliver therapeutic interventions and monitor treatment outcomes.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Mental Health Nursing.
- Previous experience working as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
