We’re recruiting multiple Maintenance Engineers to support high-performing, modern production facilities undergoing continued investment and growth.

The Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and reliably. You’ll be hands-on with both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns, while also contributing to continuous improvement and new equipment installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver PPMs to maximise uptime, efficiency, and capacity

• Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns to minimise downtime

• Identify and implement engineering improvements and energy-saving initiatives

• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery

• Work closely with projects, technical, and production teams

• Maintain audit readiness and high safety standards at all times

• Build strong working relationships across the site

‍♂️ About You

• A multi-skilled maintenance engineer (approx. 70/30 electrical or mechanical bias)

• Strong fault-finding skills across motors, drives, bearings, belts, control panels, and conveyors

• Comfortable working in a shift-based manufacturing environment

• Motivated, proactive, and keen to develop professionally

• Step-up engineers or Team Leaders are encouraged to apply

⏰ Shift Pattern

• 42 hours per week

• Rotating shifts (approx. 5:45am – 6:00pm)
