What You Will Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals with mental health challenges.

• Deliver home treatment and psychiatric triage services to ensure appropriate levels of care.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary community mental health team to deliver high-quality support.

• Manage your caseload efficiently through strong organisational and time management skills.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate records and coordinate care plans using strong computer and documentation skills.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in psychiatric nursing.

Ideal Candidate:
You’ll have strong assessment and triage experience, excellent communication and IT skills, and a background in supporting individuals with psychosis. You should be organised, reliable, and ideally located within a commutable distance to Croydon, ready to start in this fast-paced environment.
