What You Will Do

Conduct independent reviews for children subject to child protection plans
Provide strategic oversight and guidance on child protection planning
Work collaboratively with social workers, families, and partner agencies
Ensure compliance with statutory duties and safeguarding procedures
Advocate for the best interests of children, focusing on short- and long-term outcomes
Chair and facilitate review meetings, promoting effective multi-agency collaboration
