General Sonographer - Full Time - Fort William

This ongoing locum position offers the chance to work both at The Belford Hospital in Fort William and take on shifts at the MacKinnon Hospital on the picturesque Isle of Skye. What you will do:

• Conduct high-quality ultrasound examinations across a range of areas including general, gynaecology, and small parts.
• Work collaboratively with medical teams to assist in patient diagnosis and care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Ensure all ultrasound equipment is operated and maintained according to protocols and procedures.
• Support patients throughout their examinations, providing clear and compassionate communication.

You will need:

• Scottish PVG
• HPC Registration
• Competency in general, gynaecological, and small parts ultrasound. MSK and vascular skills are desirable but not mandatory.
• Although no on-site accommodation is available, assistance will be provided to help you find suitable housing.
