Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of food businesses to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards.

• Respond to service requests, inquiries, and public concerns related to food safety and infectious diseases.

• Carry out investigations and produce detailed reports for potential legal proceedings.
