- Electrical or Mechanical Bias
- Leadership Experience
Essential requirements for the Engineering Supervisor:
- Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above)
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Requirements for the Engineering Supervisor:
- Previous experience working in the UK
- Experience on reactive and planned maintenance
- Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives
