Job Details:

• Pay: Up to £75,000 P/A
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days Role
• Duration: Permanent

Job Role: The Engineering Manager will lead, develop, and empower a team of Team Leaders, Technicians, Specialists, and Technical Experts to deliver world-class maintenance support. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage external service providers, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. The role will also involve promoting advanced maintenance techniques such as predictive maintenance and condition monitoring, while ensuring compliance with cGMP, EHS, and internal quality standards. 

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Extensive people management experience
• Proven experience in an engineering leadership or managerial role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make critical decisions under pressure
• Time-served engineer

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level in Engineering
