What you will do:

• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care to patients in diagnostic endoscopy clinics.
• Prepare and assess patients for endoscopic procedures, ensuring they are ready for treatment.
• Assist the clinical team during endoscopic procedures, prioritising patient safety, dignity, and comfort.
• Monitor patients during procedures, escalating any clinical concerns promptly.
• Maintain precise and accurate patient records, completing all necessary documentation.
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures, adhering to clinical guidelines and patient safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing colleagues, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient clinic operation.
• Support effective patient flow and contribute to meeting clinic activity targets.
