Sanctuary Personnel is exclusively recruiting for a Main Grade Educational Psychologist to join a highly regarded Educational Psychology Service in Ilford, London.

This is an exclusive opportunity to secure a permanent role where you can make a meaningful difference to children and young people while developing your professional skills within a supportive and innovative service.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of areas including special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), early intervention, inclusion, consultation, psychological assessment and systemic practice.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality psychological advice, assessment and consultation to children, young people, families and education settings
  • Support schools and professionals with evidence-based psychological approaches
  • Contribute to SEND provision, inclusion strategies and early intervention work
  • Complete statutory and non-statutory educational psychology assessments
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for children and young people
  • Support service development and innovative approaches to educational psychology practice

About you:

To be considered for this Educational Psychologist position, you will need:

  • HCPC registration as an Educational Psychologist, or eligibility to register
  • A recognised qualification in Educational Psychology
  • Experience providing psychological advice and support within educational settings
  • Strong consultation and communication skills
  • A passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
