Duty Manager in Wirral, North West

Recruit4staff are proud be be representing their client, a leading hospitality group in their search for a Duty Manager to work at their Gastro Pub on the Wirral.

What our client is offering the successful General Manager:

• Annual salary £30,000pa
• Permanent position

The Role:

• Working closely with the General Manager
• Managing day to day operations of the pub, including opening and closing procedures
• Leading, training and supervising bar and front of house staff
• Ensuring excellent customer service
• Handling any customer complaints professionally
• Managing stock levels and ensuring proper storage and rotation
• Overseeing cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records

What our client is looking for in the successful Duty Manager:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality - ESSENTIAL 
• A good standard of written and spoken English
• Commercial awareness of the hospitality industry
• Microsoft Office Skills
• Willing and able to travel to other locations if required
