What you will do

Support the Team Manager in leading, managing, and motivating social work teams

Analyse risk and implement strategies to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes for children in care

Advocate for children and young people, working collaboratively with Police, Health, Education, and partner agencies

Support and oversee clear pathway planning to help young people plan for their futures

Assist with recruitment, induction, training, supervision, and performance management of staff

Act as a Practice Educator, mentoring and developing social workers within the team

Contribute to decision-making processes and chair meetings as required
