Complex Care Assistant – Leeds

£15.69 per hour including holiday pay

30p per mile travel between clients

This isn't standard home care. Join Routes Healthcare's Regional Complex Care Team, an elite team of highly skilled care workers supporting people with complex clinical needs across Leeds and the surrounds areas.

Your shifts

• Early shifts start at 7am.
• Late shifts finish at 11pm.
• Long day shifts are also available.
• Alternate weekends are required.

To apply, you must be available for all three shift types and alternate weekends. Rotas are templated and planned a month in advance, and you're paid for the full 6-hour block even if a client's visit doesn't go ahead.

What you'll do

You'll work on 2:1 clinical runs, delivering tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation support and spinal injury care. You'll get full training and work alongside experienced clinical teams.

What you'll need

• At least 6 months' paid UK care experience (complex care is desirable)
• A full UK driving licence and your own car
• Availability for early, late and long day shifts, plus alternate weekends
• The right to work in the UK. Routes Healthcare does not offer sponsorship.
