What you will do:

As a Clinic Manager, you are the pivotal force in leading daily operations. Your duties include overall leadership and operations management of the clinic, ensuring patients receive top-notch care from entry to exit. You’ll maintain essential partnerships with external organisations such as NHS Trusts and the CQC while being supported by the Regional Manager. Your role includes spearheading quality improvement initiatives and refining our processes. Onboarding new team members and fostering a positive clinic atmosphere will be your forte. You will address patient concerns, ensuring compliance with all clinical, governance, and regulatory standards. Accurate record-keeping and timely reporting will also be key responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

You should be registered or willing to register as a Manager with the Care Quality Commission. Holding full NMC registration with suitable nursing qualifications and having prior clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting is crucial. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with patients and staff, and an engaging smile to ease patient concerns. Your leadership style should inspire a value-driven culture that brings out the best in everyone. Initiative and problem-solving skills are essential to thrive in a dynamic clinical environment. Additionally, possess remarkable organisational skills to manage a wide variety of tasks in a bustling clinic, along with evidence of Continued Professional Development, ideally in Renal Care.
