We are searching for a dynamic Clinic Manager to lead our Dialysis Clinic in the bustling town of Boston, UK. What you will do:

- Provide overall leadership and operations management of the clinic
- Ensure a seamless patient journey and create inviting environments for clients
- Liaise effectively with external organisations such as NHS Trusts or the CQC, supported by the Regional Manager
- Implement new processes to drive quality improvement initiatives within the clinic
- Onboard new teammates efficiently alongside the wider team
- Develop positive relationships with patients and handle any complaints
- Ensure compliance with clinical, governance, and regulatory systems and policies including Key Lines of Enquiry (KLoE)
- Maintain accurate records and timely report submissions

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- Be a Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission or have a willingness to become one
- Possess full NMC registration with appropriate nursing qualifications
- Experience in clinical leadership within an outpatient haemodialysis setting
- Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanour to effectively connect with your team and patients
- A lead by example style that fosters a value-driven culture
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to evolving clinical environments
- Strong organisational skills to manage various clinic-related tasks
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development, ideally in Renal Care
