This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Charge Nurse (Sister) to join a dedicated Outpatients Team in the peaceful setting of Great Missenden. Working Monday to Friday (08:00–16:00), this locum role offers both stability and flexibility, with an immediate start available.

What You Will Do:
- Lead and support the Outpatients Team, ensuring high standards of patient care
- Oversee daily operations and clinical service delivery
- Mentor and develop junior staff members
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care effectively
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration
- Experience in a senior or leadership nursing role
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and risk management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team
