What you will do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for schools and parents with enquiries related to the service area, providing informative and appropriate responses.
- Assist managers in the organisation of meetings, which includes distributing information, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
- Respond to enquiries and requests for information from both internal and external sources in a timely and compliant manner, ensuring adherence to data protection procedures.
- Undertake a range of administrative and financial duties, managing inboxes and performing IT-based tasks for various educational protocols and initiatives.
- Attend meetings and contribute to drafting reports, helping maintain accurate records and ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
- Act as the first contact for the Attendance and Children Out of School Team, ensuring cases are processed and prepared for allocation within agreed timescales.
