 What You’ll Be Doing
 
 As an ICT Senior Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering smarter, more connected services by:
 - Leading the support, development, and enhancement of key business applications
 - Providing expert technical advice and guidance across the organisation
 - Supporting digital projects that improve customer journeys and reduce manual workloads
 - Collaborating with ICT teams to improve systems and resolve technical challenges
 - Designing and implementing secure, high-performing IT solutions
 - Troubleshooting complex 2nd and 3rd line support issues
 - Engaging with stakeholders to understand and deliver their IT requirements
 - Maintaining thorough documentation and staying up to date with emerging tech trends
 
 What You’ll Bring
 
 We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with:
 - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and productivity tools)
 - Experience managing both cloud-based and on-premise applications
 - Proficiency with Power Platform tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
 - Solid understanding of SQL Server and writing complex queries
 - Familiarity with data integration and system connectivity
 - Experience leading technical projects from concept to delivery
 - Knowledge of ITIL and Agile working practices
