As a senior member of the management team alongside the practice manager, Clinical Lead GP, and Head of Nursing, you will have a pivotal role in providing leadership and decision-making for the local practices. What you will do:

- Take on clinical and management responsibilities, involving patient assessments with undiagnosed conditions, and care management.
- Utilise complex reasoning, critical thinking, and analysis for precise health assessments and clinical judgements.
- Manage patient triage, providing immediate treatment or necessary referrals within the primary care team.
- Collaborate with the nursing team and Head of Nursing to meet the practice's healthcare targets efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Clinical GP Lead and practice manager to maintain appropriate clinic availability for patients.
- Work in tandem with other Lead Nurses for consistent, high-quality nursing practices.

Essential requirements:

Candidates must have substantial experience in primary care, with advanced assessment skills. Familiarity with EMIS and competence in handling tasks like processing blood test results and prescriptions is essential. Support the team with primary care challenges and coordinate effectively with the lead GP and practice manager.
