What you will do:

Deliver a patient-focused pharmacy service for the Adult Mental Health Inpatient Ward at the Scarisbrick Centre, Ormskirk and District General Hospital.
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in Consultant-led ward reviews.
Utilise your hospital pharmacy experience to deliver high-quality care to mental health patients.
Contribute to patient recovery and treatment plans through targeted pharmaceutical interventions.

Essential Requirements:

Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Minimum of 2 years’ post-registration experience, including mental health.
Driving licence preferred to facilitate travel between sites.
