Role Purpose

To provide expert pharmaceutical care within the oncology department, ensuring safe and effective medication management, clinical support, and guidance for patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense and supply oncology medications, ensuring safe and accurate pharmaceutical care
Conduct clinical checks and ensure accurate prescribing and administration of treatments

Mentor and support junior pharmacists and staff, fostering a collaborative environment
